Have you ever read Jane Austen and thought about how you might have been satirized by her if you ever met her?

I like Jane Austen but there is always an uncomfortable thought that I might very well be a character negatively satirized by her if I ever met her (which is not the case so thanks goodness for that).

I am not nasty enough to be the villain but I can certainly imagine myself being satirized as the girl who has her head in the clouds or a ridiculous, rude and too loud relative, someone absolutely incapable of reading the atmosphere lol.

To be fair, most modern people would fare pretty badly in a Jane Austen's setting.

Jane Austen satirized parents regularly. I am trying to think of some main characters' parents who were not satirized. It makes me think whether Jane Austen's parents were also worth satirizing.
