I am really bad at following my plans
Apr. 22nd, 2020 11:49 pmSo before my vacation started, I planned to do so many things such as reading a bunch of books that I have not gotten a chance to read.
When my vacation did start, I managed to do it for a week or so before I fell down the gaming hole and played a lot of visual novels. At least visual novels are still novels, I guess (they are basically a lot of words with pictures and voice acting, anyway).
However, when I got used to visual novels, I started to procrastinate whenever I wanted to finish any particular visual novel, too.
I am starting to regret my tendency to procrastinate during more than 2 months but it is so hard to actually do something you actually plan to do in your free time. I feel like I am wasting my youth.

One way to help with that could be to plan what visual novel you'll start next (even if all you plan to do is repeat the same one), so you know you won't be left without one when it ends.
