About my reading habit

Sometimes, I really wonder whether I really love reading or I have deluded myself into thinking so. When I am about to read, I am always like: let spend one or two hours watching food videos on youtube even though the chance of me making those dishes is 0%. And while in the middle of reading a book, especially when it is afternoon, I will just fall asleep and I sometimes use books to make me fall asleep easier even when those books are entertaining and hilarious.

Aww, I know the feeling. I find it takes a certain amount of energy to start reading, in a way it doesn't take to start watching random food videos or similar, which makes a sort of barrier that can be difficult to overcome.
