She is such an amazing writer that I expect this new one will be amazing, too. I am glad to know that she has managed to write this despite of her illnesses. I definitely will try to get it when it comes out.
I will go now and die while waiting for the novel to come out.

I googled Piranensi and found a quote on the book with Piranensi in it. It is the Fairy widower's story and Piranensi was mentioned in this, "said Cornelius, sheweing them the book (which was Giambattista Piranensi's Carceri dlnvenzione." It is probably not related to the new book and it is fun to see something like this.
